Chairman & President

Sam is 29 years old and already an experienced startup operator and skilled financial talent. He co-founded nth Venture in 2021 which has launched several successful employee-owned companies, including Falconer. Now he leads Falconer where all of those financial tools are put together to launch, support, and invest in game-changing companies in one place. Prior to starting nth Venture, Sam lead the first Army-wide team to leverage AI/ML to identify high-risk transactions. He started his financial career auditing the SEC, Department of Defense, and Treasury as a financial auditor with the Government Accountability Office, where he uncovered $35 trillion in unsupported accounting adjustments. During the height of the pandemic, Sam helped Charles Schwab perform conversions of their bank charters and audit their trust companies. He advised the four-star military research and development Army Futures Command and the $30 billion Army Working Capital Fund to remediate key audit issues. He is an Army reservist and a recently returning veteran of Operation Atlantic Resolve where he served as a convoy commander delivering supplies & munitions to Ukraine. He has a wife and two dogs and lives in his hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Grant is a Corporate Finance graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, with computer science and startup experience. His love language is excel formulas.

Nathan is a seasoned executive and people operations leader in large corporates like Microsoft and Honeywell, startups, and venture capital. He is active in community service and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cigars for Warriors.

Director

Jillian spent nearly 15 years supporting financial service firms and public companies via corporate communications and public relations, working with many Fortune 50 companies and global brands both in top-ranked agencies and in-house. In the ultimate COVID pivot, she decided to realize her dream of entrepreneurship and take her love of writing, messaging strategy and business to support as the first Chief of Staff for nth Venture. Having lived and worked in some of the most dynamic cities in the world, including Boston, New York and Tokyo, Jillian brings a diverse, global perspective and has seen what can be realized when you embrace the unknown.

When she’s not writing or crunching scenarios in her head, she’s chasing her husband, two kids and two dogs across Charlotte, NC.

Prior to serving as the President and CIO for a billion-dollar family office, Neil was the CIO and President of Wilmington Trust Investment Management, managing over $40 billion. He also served as the National Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Investment Consulting Practice, representing over $100 billion in assets.

John is recovering attorney and prolific investor. He is a founder and portfolio manager with over 25 years of experience in investment management, research, legal, boardroom, and advisory board expertise.

Before joining M Financial as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Jenn was also the CHRO for Ecobat, the global leader in battery recycling, and for Watts Water Technologies. Prior roles as VP of Human Resources for Xylem, Inc., and Rexnord Corporation followed a 6-year run at Honeywell, where she was rapidly promoted to increasingly challenging HR leadership roles.
