Recent work in the news:

We’re the full-stack finance partner for companies redefining the future.

What we do:

We use all our financial tools to help talented people start, grow, and exit businesses.

  • We provide fractional and temporary staff and services like invoicing, bill pay, bookkeeping, cap table management, taxes, payroll, etc. so you can do what matters most.

Born from experience administering the back office of countless companies, we launched Pigeon Service ↗.

It’s our take on what most financial services should be: accessible, transparent, convenient, and affordable.

  • We help leaders and boards parse their financial situation, turn those findings into recommendations, and then execute relentlessly.

We understand the intersection of the intricacies of security regulations and the practical requirements of modern companies. Our team has raised seven figures and invented Cohort Commissioning, Texas Double Trigger Restricted Stock Units, and Talent Profit Pool compensation mechanisms.

From employee stock ownership plans, to projections, to supporting capital raises, to benefit implementation, to acquisition integrations, we’re there to roll up our sleeves and get it done - like we have many times over.

Call us if you need a hand, we’re here to help. 361-510-3444 ↗.

  • Unlike large banks, as both an experienced advisor and principal ourselves, we appreciate that “smaller” deals are often the most important transaction of a business leader’s life.

We bring professional execution and guidance to individuals and businesses buying and selling companies.

  • Through our strategic partnership with nth Venture, we build, acquire, and invest in companies with an employee-ownership and incentive alignment focus via our new flagship Co-Owner Fund.

In the words of people we admire:

“The team’s ability to incubate, grow, and show success … I think it’s just fantastic.”
